Masala Indian. Smoky Chipotle. Asian Zing. Roasted. Chickpeas. A crunchy, healthy snack alongside your cocktails this holiday season or any season!
Skip the expensive store-bought cocktail snacks, and go homemade. These chickpeas will have your party guests asking, “What organic Whole Foods looking like store did you buy these yummy snacks from?!” – I give this example because I’ve actually had someone say this to me.
Holidays are all about bringing cultures together. Chickpeas are used in so many different cuisines, it’s only natural to reflect those flavors with regional spices. Three different flavor profiles representing three different regions, all rounding out to accompany your cocktails, snack-time cravings, and healthy living lifestyle.
I served each flavor profile with additional garnishing/finishing ingredients to not only make it aesthetically pleasing, but add an inexpensive, “voila!” touch. Serve with some fancy meats, cheeses, and olives, and you got yourself a pretty charcuterie board!
Happy Holidays from my family to yours. Thank you all for always inspiring new dishes, new creativity, and new fun ways for me to share my passion. ❤ ❤
